A Personal Chef is
someone in charge of the kitchen who prepares palate specific meals for his or
her clients to enjoy later. A Personal Chef helps families gather around
the table for meals, allows singles to eat
healthier, and couples to enjoy a quality time with food they love. Busy, time-starved families hire Personal Chefs in order to eat better. They enjoy
food prepared just for them using the freshest meats and produce and with just
the right amount of herbs and spice.
A Personal Chef will complete an interview to discuss dinner time favorites.
The Chef and the family will also discuss any allergies and dietary goals.
On the chosen cook day the Chef will shop, cook, package and label your meals
and then do a complete cleanup.
Each Personal Chef owns his or her own business, granting the freedom to add other
services. This list can include: cooking and delivering out of a commercial kitchen;
dinner parties; special baking and holiday preparation. The Personal Chef business
model is limited only by the imagination, and Personal Chefs Network encourages its
members to explore as many avenues to success as they wish.

Personal Chef Symposium!
Our Charleston Personal Chef Symposium will provide the two things that you want most from us: great networking and great education.
In Charleston you will be able to spend time with some true experts in the industry. This is your chance to talk with busy and successful Personal Chefs, and to share ideas and experiences with others in your field. But the networking opportunities do not stop with other Personal Chefs. Our special guest speakers are people you have heard of, and here is your chance to meet and learn from them all. So please join us as we meet and learn from Denise Vivaldo, Chef Michael Ruhlman and Chef Anne Willan.
In addition to these great speakers we are working on an agenda that will help all Personal Chefs, no matter what your level of expertise. The exact schedule is a work in progress, but we are planning sessions on: food photography, how best to work
Your friends in the kitchen,
~Brent and Sharon
